Hotel Sales Director: Drive Occupancy & Revenue

Dreamscape Hospitality seeks a Director of Sales for a select-service hotel in Oklahoma. You will oversee sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy, grow accounts, and attract new business while maximizing revenue.

You will manage day-to-day sales operations, including direct sales, follow-ups, and training, and develop forecasts, budgets, and campaigns. The role reports to the General Manager, is Exempt, and requires weekly travel.
