Hotel Operations Leader — Assistant General Manager

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability across all outlets. In the absence of the GM, the candidate acts as GM and ensures brand standards are upheld.

The role requires 4+ years of hotel management experience, strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage budgets, forecasts and staff across departments to deliver exceptional service and results.
