Hotel Operations Leader - Assistant General Manager

M&R Hotel Management is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the Area General Manager and lead day-to-day operations across all hotel departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, staff development, and strong financial performance.

This role will act as General Manager in the GM’s absence, drive daily stand-ups and department head meetings, uphold brand and M&R standards, and coordinate across Rooms, F&B, Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering to deliver results.
