Hotel Operations Leader — Assistant General Manager

Daly Seven is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Home2 Suites by Hilton Duncan to oversee seamless hotel operations as the direct partner and backup to the General Manager. You will supervise front desk staff, train employees, lead meetings, and ensure service excellence across all departments.

This role requires a 2-year college degree, leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
