Hotel Operations Executive - Guest Experience Leader

Thompson Central Park New York is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead operations across Rooms, F&B, Engineering, and Security. You will coach teams, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

In this role you will be highly visible to senior leadership, drive performance, and coordinate with department heads to sustain operational excellence. Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and evenings is required.
