Hotel Operations Director: Lead Growth & Guest Experience

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Director of Operations for a major Orlando property. This role leads all hotel and departmental managers, ensuring daily execution of strategic plans and adherence to brand standards. You will plan meetings, manage budgets, forecast revenue, and control labor and expenses.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hotel management, strong financial and people skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts while communicating clearly with all stakeholders.
