What You'll Do

As Hotel Manager, you will:

• Lead all day-to-day hotel operations
• Supervise and develop department managers and hotel staff
• Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of guest concerns
• Manage hotel budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Collaborate with resort leadership to support the overall success of Sunrise Park Resort

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Previous hotel management or hospitality leadership experience
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and operational performance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred (or equivalent management experience)
