Soartress Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to lead the DoubleTree by Hilton in Appleton, Wisconsin. We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who builds strong teams, delivers excellent guest experiences, and takes ownership of the hotel’s financial and operational performance.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily hotel operations and set clear expectations for service, quality, and accountability.
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain department leaders and associates.
Monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns, and identify ways to improve the guest experience.
Own the hotel’s budget, labor planning, revenue performance, and expense controls.
Partner with sales and revenue management teams to grow business and maximize profitability.
Maintain brand standards and ensure the property is clean, safe, and well maintained.
Build productive relationships with ownership, corporate support teams, and the local community.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment, safety, and hospitality requirements.
What You Bring
General Manager experience at a full-service hotel, or substantial full-service hotel leadership experience with demonstrated readiness for a General Manager role.
Strong financial skills, including experience managing budgets, labor, and operating results.
A track record of developing teams and improving guest satisfaction.
Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to follow through in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Hilton systems and brand standards is strongly preferred.
