In this role, you’ll handle check-in and check-out, manage reservations, answer phones, and process payments while providing information about our casino, hotel, dining, and entertainment offerings. You’ll respond to guest needs and concerns with professionalism, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and ensure accurate records and cash handling.
