In this role, you will oversee building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations that support an exceptional guest experience. You will design and manage preventive maintenance programs, supervise and train the engineering team, coordinate vendors and contractors, and ensure compliance with all local codes and Marriott standards. The Chief Engineer partners closely with hotel leadership on capital projects, energy management, and long-term asset protection while modeling Marriott’s people-first culture and commitment to service excellence.
