Ayat Restaurant is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience while keeping service running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Manage reservations and the waitlist efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with questions.
• Seat guests according to the restaurant’s seating plan.
• Communicate with servers and managers to ensure smooth table flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance.
• Assist with takeout orders and other front-of-house duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
