Host / Reservationist

Prince Street Hospitality   is excited to introduce  Romy , our newest restaurant concept. We are seeking a warm, organized, and hospitality-driven  Host   to join our opening team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience while ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

• Greet all guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists using  Resy .

• Communicate with guests through  Bilt Hospitality , providing timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses before, during, and after their dining experience.

• Communicate accurate wait times and seating availability.

• Coordinate with managers and the service team to optimize table flow.

• Maintain an organized host stand and welcoming entrance.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized hospitality that exceeds expectations.

• Uphold Prince Street Hospitality's standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest service at all times.

• Minimum  2 years of host experience   in a high-volume restaurant.

• Proficiency with  Resy   reservation management system is required.

• Experience with or the ability to quickly learn  Bilt Hospitality   guest messaging platform is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a naturally warm and professional demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We're looking for someone who is personable, organized, and detail-oriented—someone who can confidently manage reservations in  Resy , communicate with guests through  Bilt Hospitality , and provide consistent, accurate, and friendly interactions that reflect the high standards of Prince Street Hospitality.
