This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that blends professionalism with fun. You’ll work closely with management, lead service flow during peak times, and become part of a team that’s shaping the standard for hospitality in the Penn District.

• Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
• Maintain coat check for all guests
• Manage all reservation platforms (SevenRooms, OpenTable)
• Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
• Balance guest flow and be able to multitask during high volume service hours.
• Facilitate to-go orders, be knowledgable of enitre menu offerings and daily specials.
• Relay messages to servers, server assitants as needed.
Qualifications:
• Availability Monday - Friday, afternoon/evening shifts available
• Previous hosting experience preferred
• Must have exceptional grooming habits.
