Lindens is looking for detail-oriented, friendly hosts to join our team. Our hosts will be tour guides to our guests, offering them information, assistance, and a warm embrace. We are willing to train you from the ground up, and lead you towards growth opportunites within our company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming guests.
- Seating guests.
- answering calls and responding to voicemails.
- supporting the floor to ensure tables are prepared for the next guest.
- Communicating with the kitchen or management on guest needs or notes.
- Creating the floor plan and pre-shift sheets.
- Offering detailed information about our services to guests.
- Floor planning.
- Data entry.
- Communicating with management with guests issues.
