We’re looking for someone who loves hospitality, knows how to read a room, and can keep things moving when the restaurant is buzzing. You’re polished without being stiff, organized without being robotic, and you understand that the guest experience starts with you.
You’ll work closely with our management and service teams to manage reservations, control the flow of the restaurant, welcome our guests, and set the energy for the entire experience.

Position Requirements
• At least, 2 years experience in fine dining, fast-paced environment
• Polished, fine dining, fast-paced environment
• Role model for outstanding experience; work to elevate standards through exceptional, efficient, warm customer service
• Keen knowledge of systems (Resy, Open Table, Toast)
• Manage the flow of Guests into the Dining and Bar areas, provide accurate wait times
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage so as to service and up-sell, including specials, liquors and cocktails
• Drive team to achieve targets for review scoring; use guest feedback as teaching tool for staff.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about flavor profiles and food pairings.
• Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; serving beverages
• Plans, executes and communicates information effectively and efficiently.
• Proactive member with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. Ability to relate at all levels of guest/employee experience
