We're Hiring: Host/Hostess

Join our team and be the face of our hospitality! We're looking for a warm, professional, and organized individual to welcome guests and help create an unforgettable dining experience.

Position: Host/Hostess
Location:  90 Clinton St. New York, NY 10002
Schedule:  4pm-10pm, 10am-3pm

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner

  • Manage reservations and waitlists using popular apps such as OpenTable, Resy, Yelp Reservations , or similar

  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about reservations, hours, and menu

  • Maintain a clean and organized host station and front entrance

  • Uphold our service standards with professionalism and positivity

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer-facing role preferred

  • Familiarity with reservation platforms (OpenTable, Resy, etc. ) a must

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • A team player with a passion for hospitality
