Host

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In addition to greeting guests and managing reservations, our hosts are an important part of growing our neighborhood presence. We want someone who enjoys welcoming people walking by, creating an inviting atmosphere at the front door, and helping turn first-time visitors into regulars.
Beyond greeting guests, you'll continue to engage with them throughout their visit. We expect our hosts to check in with guests after they've been seated, ensure they're enjoying their experience, gather feedback about their meal and service, and communicate any concerns or opportunities to the management team. We believe genuine hospitality extends beyond the front door, and every interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable experience.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, outgoing, and confident at communicating with both guests and the service team. Previous host or customer service experience is preferred, but a positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality are what matter most.
