Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and efficiency
- Manage the reservation platform and walk-in flow
- Communicate clearly with servers, bar, and kitchen to keep the floor balanced
- Track guest notes, preferences, and pacing
- Handle wait lists and quote times with grace and accuracy
- Support with light service tasks and closing side work as needed
Requirements
- Prior host or front desk experience in a high-quality restaurant
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends
- Clear communicator, team player, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable using a reservation platform (Resy)
- Professional appearance and guest-first mindset
- Detail-oriented and naturally hospitable
