Host

Meteora is seeking a warm, poised, and highly organized Part-Time Host to join our front-of-house team.

The Host is the first and last point of contact for our guests and plays an essential role in setting the tone for the entire dining experience. We are looking for someone who is naturally hospitable, composed, detail-oriented, and able to communicate with warmth and confidence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and acknowledge every guest upon arrival.
• Manage guest arrivals, reservations, seating, and the flow of the dining room.
• Communicate clearly with the management and service teams regarding arrivals, special occasions, dietary restrictions, and other relevant guest information.
• Answer restaurant phone calls and assist with basic reservation inquiries.
• Maintain an organized, polished, and service-ready host stand and entrance.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist with coats, belongings, directions, transportation, and other requests.
• Become familiar with Meteora's menu, beverage program, philosophy, and overall guest experience.
• Support the FOH team with additional service responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure every guest receives a gracious and thoughtful farewell.

• Availability for evening shifts, including Fridays and Saturdays.

Schedule: Approximately 2–3 evening shifts per week
