Host/Kitchen Staff/

Benjamin Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced, polished Host/Hostess to join our New York City team. This is a full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant serving a discerning, high-profile clientele. The ideal candidate must deliver exceptional hospitality both in person and over the phone while remaining professional, organized, and composed during busy service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating efficiently

• Answer calls with excellent phone etiquette and hospitality

• Coordinate table flow with management and the front-of-house team

• Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous host/hostess experience in fine dining, upscale, or high-volume restaurants preferred

• Strong hospitality and customer service skills

• Excellent in-person and phone communication

• Polished, professional, and confident demeanor

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• NYC restaurant experience preferred
