Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Seat guests and provide menus as needed
- Manage seating arrangements and maintain an organized waiting area
- Assist with answering guest questions and providing information
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Keep the host stand and dining areas clean and organized
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Schedule: Varies depending on location and assignment
