We are seeking a professional, personable, and highly organized Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate is welcoming, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Greet every guest warmly and professionally upon arrival.

• Manage reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable .

• Maintain an organized waitlist and accurately communicate wait times.

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

• Answer phones, assist with reservations, and respond to guest inquiries professionally.

• Coordinate seating with servers and management to maximize dining room efficiency.

• Monitor table availability and ensure smooth table rotation.

• Assist with large parties, special events, and guest accommodations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance.

• Support the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional guest service.

• Previous host/hostess experience required.

• Must have experience using OpenTable.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Professional appearance and polished demeanor are required at all times.
