Hospitality Team Lead: Guest Experience & Operations

CAVA in Fishers, IN is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission and values to life in our restaurants. TLs work with the General Managers and Assistant GMs to lead the team daily, promote a positive work environment, and deliver on commitments to guests.

You will delegate routines, ensure standards, support training and development of Team Members, assist with opening and closing, place food orders, conduct inventory, and manage cash handling while upholding food safety practices.
