Key Responsibilities of the Learning and Development Manager:
- Coordinate and deliver training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Lead new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
- Partner with leaders to identify training needs and learning opportunities.
- Support leadership development, mentorship, and career growth initiatives.
- Track training participation, effectiveness, and employee feedback.
- Recommend and implement innovative learning solutions and best practices.
Qualifications of the Learning and Development Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related role.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
