Benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works.Job Responsibilities:Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needsSupply guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and other information such as available services and points of interest.Book reservations and coordinate registrationOperate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactionsAnswers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as neededMaintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.Coordinate resolution of guest concernsCommunicates closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.Other duties and tasks as assigned by managerQualifications:Previous guest services experience preferredDemonstrates excellent customer service skillsDemonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detailThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
