This role involves managing a high volume of patient encounters, including rounding and admissions, without the need for procedures or ICU work. CompHealth supports its providers by handling credentialing, housing, and travel arrangements, allowing clinicians to concentrate on patient care.

Practice Info

• Inpatient hospital setting
• ~48 patient encounters per day across the service
• Day shift census averages ~14.7 patients with ~15.6 encounters
• No procedures
• No ICU

• Rounding and admissions

Compensation

• $180 - $200 hourly
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay
