• Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team of 24 physicians with the support of a clinical performance nurse at St. Joseph’s Medical Center.
• Our team comprises clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds.
• We gather frequently for lunch and monthly for team meetings.
• We work in an open ICU setting with 24/7 intensivist coverage.
• Our team is not required to do procedures.
• We work with Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residents.

Responsibilities

• Encourage our team to participate in hospital committees and the community.
• Teach Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residents.

Compensation

• The expected annual compensation for this role is $350,000+.

Shift & Schedule

• Days, swings, and nights available.
• Flexible block schedules.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• IM or FM board certification or eligibility, with the expectation of obtaining certification.
• Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in California.
• We welcome interest from physicians coming out of training or physicians with experience desiring a career change.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
