- 7 on / 7 off
- Schedule 7a-5p with night call
- LTAC facility
- Approx. 11-20 ppd.
- Goal: Reduce ICU transfers by having physician more comfortable managing complex cases (i.e drips and bedside central lines)
- No procedures required
- EMR used is Epic
