Practice Info
- Work within a well-established team of 33.5 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers (APP)
- Supported by a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator
- Integral part of the hospital community and a valued strategic partner with strong relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups
- Closed ICU with 10 beds, supported by in-house pulmonary and critical care physicians and 24/7 intensivists
- Utilizes EPIC EMR and Sound Physicians internal informatics platform
- Manageable workload and encounters
Responsibilities
- Respond to codes, with notifications for rapids for your patients through cross coverage
Compensation
- Day Shift Rate is $1,829
- Night Shift Rate 1 (13.5 hours) is $2,372.63
- Night 2 (12 hours) is $2,109
- Daytime Base Pay of $334,000
- Eligible for RVU and Quality bonuses
