Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with specialists, nursing staff, and case management to ensure coordinated care and smooth transitions.
- Manage acute medical conditions with evidence‑based protocols and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical education efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospitalist experience preferred.
- Skilled in managing acute inpatient conditions and coordinating multidisciplinary care.
- Committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a rural setting.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and community‑focused.
