What You ll Do:
- Provide pediatric hospitalist coverage during scheduled shifts and on call for emergencies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
- Manage patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans within your scope of practice
- Document clinical encounters accurately within the electronic health records
- Support weekend and holiday care coverage on a scheduled basis
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
What You Need:
- Valid medical license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
- Prior pediatric hospitalist or inpatient pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and handle call responsibilities effectively
