Practice Info
- Join a team of 10 physicians and 2 APPs at AdventHealth Palm Coast Hospital.
- Closed ICU with 24/7 Intensivist program.
- Specialists are available in a small community-based hospital.
- The intensivist handles all codes and procedures.
- Utilize EPIC with Dragon for efficient dictation and access to an internal informatics platform.
Responsibilities
- Be comfortable with admissions, rounding, and discharges.
- See a wide variety of diseases.
- Work in coordination with the intensivist.
- Focus on patient care and clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with APPs who help with admissions and cross coverage calls.
Compensation
- Compensation: $250,000 base with earning potential of $335,000.
- Productivity and quality bonus potential.

Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour day rounding shifts and round-robin admissions between the 4 physician rounders.
Requirements
- Board-certified ABIM or ABFM within 1 year of start.
- Previous hospitalist experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable collaborating with APP’s.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- H1B & J1 visa sponsorship available.
