Practice Info
- Well-established team at Texas Health Presbyterian Flower Mound consisting of 8 physicians and one advanced practice provider (APP).
- Supported by a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.
- Integral part of the hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
- Focus on managing cases in an open ICU environment with on-call intensivist coverage.
- Average of 9-12 admissions at night with 10-15 cross coverage calls.
Responsibilities
- Work exclusively overnight shifts.
- Deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
- Manage cases in an open ICU environment with on-call intensivist coverage.
Compensation
- Day Shift Rate is $1450, and Night Shift Rate is $1753.
- Full-time nocturnist working 182.5 shifts per year with a base compensation of $319,923.
- Eligible for up to $20,000 from the RVU bonus and $20,000 from the Quality bonus (annual).

Requirements
- Comfortable with a nocturnal schedule.

- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
