- Semi-open ICU coverage is supported by the Sound Physicians Critical Care team.
- Telemedicine ICU coverage is provided during the night.
- No procedures required.
- All providers prioritize a manageable workload and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Thrive on managing bread and butter, as well as challenging and complex cases.
- Operate within a semi-open ICU setting with no expectations of procedures and solid support from Critical Care physicians.
- Participate in regular team meetings and enjoy hospital engagement.

Shift & Schedule
- Primarily Days: 7-days-on, 7-day-off.
- May be asked to rotate and work a few night shifts.
- 2 Physicians work daily, and 1 physician works at night.
- Shift hours at 7:00 am - 5:00 pm for day shifts, and 5:00 pm - 7:00 am for night shifts.
Requirements
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
- Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Montana.
- J-1 visa sponsorship available.
