- Join a team of 10 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers (APPs), supported by a clinical performance nurse at St. Joseph London.
- Manage various cases in a 150-bed hospital.
- Focus on complex cases in a semi-open ICU, benefiting from round-the-clock intensivist coverage.
- Work within a structured program divided into 2 daytime groups, with support from a dedicated nocturnist for night coverage.
Responsibilities
- Manage various cases in a 150-bed hospital, focusing on complex cases in a semi-open ICU, benefiting from round-the-clock intensivist coverage.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and engage in key medical staff committees, including the credentialing and medical executive committees, to improve communication and patient care.
- Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, APPs, and residents from Lincoln Memorial University, fostering a culture of learning.
- Engage in weekly group huddles to discuss challenges, share updates, and ensure seamless collaboration across the team.
