- Collaborate closely with hospital administration through committees and projects to enhance hospital operations and patient care.
- Engage regularly with team members through in-person meetings and social events to foster alignment and connection.
- Closed ICU with 24-hour intensivist support.
Responsibilities
- Participate in team huddles at least 3 times weekly.
- Attend a monthly all-staff meeting.
- Participate in educational CME sessions.
