Local Team Collaboration

• Join our close-knit team of 8 physicians at UF Durbin Park Hospital.
• Brand new, state-of-the-art, 150-bed hospital slated to open in September 2026.

Qualifications

• ABIM or ABFM certified with prior hospitalist experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Scheduling

• 7 on, 7 off, day rounding position with opportunity for moonlighting incentive.

Responsibilities

• Rounding on patients with admissions.
• Help support the hospitalist team’s efforts in utilization management, compliance, clinical documentation improvement, and patient satisfaction at UF Durbin Park.
• Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
