Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult (50% Geriatric)
Setting: Inpatient/Hospital-Based
Responsibilities: Provide hospital medical unit coverage, inpatient care, ICU coverage (1 ICU bed), and respond to nursing home calls.
Required Procedures: Hospitalist medical management
EMR System: Epic
Days Per Month: August 6 10 coverage
On-Call/Weekends: Yes; beeper/phone call coverage when not onsite
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- Active Kentucky License
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA
- Self-Query NPDB Report dated within 30 days of presentation
