HCA Florida Citrus Hospital is seeking a PRN Hospitalist to join its elite team in beautiful Inverness, Florida.

Responsibilities
- On‑site shifts 7 a.m.–7 a.m., nightly call coverage and weekends, nights
- Variable shifts based on need and census (daily census about 25 per provider / about 30 daily admissions)
- Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds
- Follow ICU patients, though ICU patients have critical care consult and majority of critical care management is done by ICU team
- Hospitalists do not run codes
- Potential to work with Internal Medicine residency depending on need and qualifications
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
- Florida license and DEA required
- Preferred experience with Cerner EMR
