- Clinical performance nurse supports in providing high-quality patient care experience.
- Admitting to the ICU with intensivist consultation and specialty support available.
- Work with Epic as EMR system.
- Cross-credentialed at sister location in Merrillville.
Responsibilities
- Round on patients as well as do admissions (Day Hospitalists).
- Work as a team with another Hospitalist and an APP.
- Run codes and rapids.
- Admit to the ICU.
Compensation
- Compensation package is very competitive.
- Earn additional income through productivity and quality incentive bonuses.

Shift & Schedule
- Both day and night positions with an array of flexible scheduling options.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
- Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Indiana.
- Interest from physicians coming out of training or desiring a career change is welcome.
- H-1B visa sponsorship available.
