- Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy, 30-bed pediatric ER handling nearly 55,000 patients annually
- Collaborate with Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians, hospitalists, and subspecialty teams to ensure seamless patient management
- Work alongside child life specialists and pediatric social workers involved in ER care
- Participate in teaching and mentorship of pediatric, emergency medicine, and family practice residents, as well as Pediatric ER fellows
- Engage in a multidisciplinary team to support pediatric intensive care, NICU, and cardiovascular care units
- Utilize full scribe support to enhance efficiency and focus on patient care
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards of pediatric emergency care
Required:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Recent inpatient or emergency care experience in pediatrics
Preferred:
- Experience with pediatric subspecialties and critical care management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
