- Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.
- Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.
- Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.
- Round and admit patients during shifts.
- Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
- Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
- Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
- Utilize Epic EMR system.
Compensation
- Annual compensation up to $315,000 - $385,000, based on the number and type of shifts worked.
- Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
- Moonlighting premium for additional shifts.
Shift & Schedule
- Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation with opportunity for moonlighting.
- This is a full or part-time hospitalist role.
Requirements
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
- H1B visa sponsorship available, with in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support, and all required filing fees covered.
