• Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.
• Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.
• Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.
• Round and admit patients during shifts.
• Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
• Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
• Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
• Utilize Epic EMR system.

Compensation

• Annual compensation up to $315,000 - $385,000, based on the number and type of shifts worked.
• Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
• Moonlighting premium for additional shifts.

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation with opportunity for moonlighting.
• This is a full or part-time hospitalist role.

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
• Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
• H1B visa sponsorship available, with in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support, and all required filing fees covered.
• New grads, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
