Responsibilities
- Focus on managing complex cases in a closed ICU environment with 24/7 intensivist coverage, without the expectation of performing procedures or running codes
- Participate in regular team meetings, held two to three times per week, discuss critical items
- Engage in monthly regional meetings to review performance and address outstanding practice matters
Compensation
- 182.5 shifts a year
- $1,370 for day shift
- $1,499 for swing shift
- $1,720 for night shifts
- Eligible for both PPI and PQI bonuses

Requirements
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine
