Practice Info
- Well-established team of 8 physicians and one advanced practice provider (APP)
- Supported by a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator
- Integral part of the hospital community and a valued strategic partner
- Maintains great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups
- Open ICU environment with on-call intensivist coverage
- EPIC is the EMR
Responsibilities
- Focus on managing cases in an open ICU environment with on-call intensivist coverage
- Manage rapids for your patients
Compensation
- Day shift rate is $1,450
- Night shift rate is $1,753
- Eligible for up to $20,000 in the RVU bonus (annual)
- Eligible for up to $20,000 in the quality bonus (annual)

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time daytime rounder will work 7 days/on-7 days/off
- 12-hour shift, 7 am-7 pm
- Full-time is 182.5 shifts a year
Requirements
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine
- Authorized to work in the United States
