- Well-established team of 6 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider (APP)
- Supported by a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator
- Part of the Presbyterian System, which includes 9 hospitals in NM
- 106-bed hospital servicing Eastern NM and West TX
- Most specialists are in-house
- CRNAs manage the 7 ICU beds
Responsibilities
- Average census of 18 per doctor
- Average floor calls of about 80
- NO Procedures
- Utilize EPIC EMR
Compensation
- Day Shift Rate of $1,900
- Night Shift Rate of $2,000
- Daytime hospitalist will have a base pay of $346,750
- Nocturnist will have a base salary of $365,000
- $50,000 sign on bonus
- Eligible for RVU and Quality bonus
- Relocation assistance

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation
- As a Nocturnist, you will be working nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- As a Daytime Hospitalist, you will be working 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Requirements
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine
- 2027 graduates encouraged to apply
