Clovis Community Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist to join their team in Clovis, California. This nocturnist position offers the opportunity to deliver patient-centered care, collaborate with a skilled team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers, and contribute to clinical excellence. • Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center.
• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world.
• Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.
• Focus on cross-covering and admissions, alongside several other nocturnists and a night Advanced Practice Provider.
• Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
• Utilize Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.
• Focus on cross-covering and admissions.
• Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
• Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments.
• Serve on committees and contribute to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).

Compensation

• Annual compensation up to $385,000 - $420,000, based on the number of shifts worked.
• Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.

Shift & Schedule

• Nocturnist hours are 7 pm - 7 am.
• Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
• This is a full or part-time nocturnist position.

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
• Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
• H-1B visa sponsorship available.
• New grads are welcome to apply.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
