Hospitalist Physician

Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center as a Hospitalist in Clovis, California. Practice Info

• Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center.
• Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.
• No procedures required.
• Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
• Utilize Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.
• Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
• Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives, including length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
• Focus on delivering high-quality care.
• Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).

Compensation

• Annual compensation up to $315,000 - $385,000, based on the number and type of shifts worked.
• Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.

Shift & Schedule

• Day shift hours are 7 am - 7 pm.
• Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
• Day admitter position from 7 am - 7 pm.
• Full or part-time position.

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
• Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
• H1B visa sponsorship available, with in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support, and all required filing fees covered.
• New grads are welcome to apply.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
