Practice Info
- Well-established team at Texas Health Hughley of 4 physicians, 2-night APP's, with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator
- Provide care to an average of 18 patients per day at our 137-bed hospital
- APP covering the nights
- No Procedures
- EMR is EPIC
Compensation
- Day Shift rate is $1,475 at $91.25 shifts and $1,725 at $91.25 shifts (when on call)
- Night calls are $250/night
- All-in base is around $312,000
- Eligible for RVU and Quality bonus

Shift & Schedule
- 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule
- Rotate through night calls with the other doctor and are not required to go in
Qualifications
- Board certification/eligibility in internal medicine is preferred, or family medicine with 3+ years of Hospitalist experience as well
