- Join our close-knit team of 17 physicians and 3 APPs at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo
- There are 6 physicians on days with an APP Monday - Friday
- Our team comprises clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who are supportive and collaborative with other staff and departments
- The hospital has a closed ICU with intensivist coverage 24/7
- Our hospitalist team is part of the rapid response team with intensivist support
- Excellent subspecialty support
- We use EPIC EMR and have access to our own internal informatics platform
Responsibilities
- Perform rounding and discharges as a day hospitalist
Compensation
- Expected annual compensation for a full-time day hospitalist is between $276,000 to $286,000, which is comprised of a base salary plus incentives
Shift & Schedule
- Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation
Requirements
- Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine or family medicine
- Hospitalist experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
