Practice Info
- Join a team of 17 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers (APPs) at Brockton Hospital.
- A dedicated site coordinator is assigned to the team to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- A clinical performance nurse assists in delivering an exceptional patient care experience.
- The hospital has a closed ICU with intensivists on hand 24/7, so procedures are not required.
- Practice geographic rounding when possible.
- Use Meditech and have access to an internal informatics platform.
Responsibilities
- Round and discharge patients.
- Participate in daily MDRs.
- Contribute to the rapid response and code team.
- Connect frequently over lunch to address concerns and receive updates on Sound and hospital matters.

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
- Hospitalist hours are from 7am to 7pm.

Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician.
- Authorized to work in the United States or require H-1B visa support.
- Certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support.
